Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation request through our Site does not create a consulting engagement or any contractual obligation on either party. An engagement is established only upon execution of a written consulting agreement signed by both parties.
No Guarantee of Results
Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site describe past results for specific clients. They are not guarantees, representations, or warranties that you will achieve the same or similar results. Results depend on numerous factors including business size, industry conditions, owner engagement, and implementation quality, which are outside our control.
Service Fees and Payment
